Registration
You sign in only through secure OAuth providers (Google, Microsoft). InvoHub never asks for or stores your password – you grant and revoke access yourself, which ensures greater security.
Collection
Invoices arrive from email (Gmail, Outlook), cloud storage, or are uploaded manually. InvoHub finds them automatically.

InvoHub processes PDF invoices as well as scanned or phone-photographed documents – invoices and receipts (PDF, JPG, PNG, WebP). Artificial intelligence extracts every required invoice attribute (supplier, date, number, VAT code, amounts) and all invoice line items. The system checks whether the line totals match the grand total and flags any discrepancies.
Review and control
Duplicates are detected automatically. Receipts are recognized and automatically grouped with their matching invoice. You see all documents in one place – you can review, reject unneeded ones, and correct errors. Final control stays with you.
