// HOW IT WORKS / PROCESSING

Processing that happens without you

Digitization is only the beginning. After that the supplier is checked against the registries, a VAT code is assigned, and the data is prepared for your accountant — nothing comes back to you for a click.

// WHAT HAPPENS WITHOUT YOU
01

Digitization

A PDF, a scan or a photo taken on your phone becomes structured data: supplier, dates, number, amounts, VAT rates and individual line items. A structured e-invoice is read directly from its XML.

02

Supplier verification

Company and VAT codes are checked against the VMI taxpayer register, and EU suppliers against VIES. We don't rely on what's written on the invoice alone.

03

VAT classification

A VAT classifier code is assigned based on the nature of the transaction — domestic, EU acquisitions, reverse charge, imports. Your accountant no longer picks it by hand for every invoice.

04

Prepared for accounting

The invoice is assigned to the right company and prepared in the format your accounting software accepts. On a day of the month you choose, everything leaves for your accountant — either straight into the accounting system, or by email.

// WHAT WE CHECK
01

Amounts add up

We verify that the invoice lines match the total. Complex invoices with several VAT rates or deposits are handled correctly, without false warnings.

02

VAT classification

The system picks the right VAT classifier code based on the nature of the transaction — domestic, EU or import. Standard cases are handled automatically.

03

Special cases

Reverse charge, the margin scheme, deposit packaging and other non-standard cases are recognised and, where needed, flagged for the accountant's review.

04

Clear signals

Every export comes with an accompanying report that explains in plain terms what's ready and what needs checking before submission.

// A HUMAN STAYS IN CONTROL

InvoHub prepares the data for your accountant — but the final decision is always made by a person. We clearly show what we believe is in order and where it's worth a closer look. No data is ever sent to the tax authority automatically.
