These Terms govern your access to and use of InvoHub.

1. Acceptance
By using InvoHub, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Data Processing Agreement, which together form a binding contract.
2. Service description
InvoHub is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for automated invoice collection from email and supplier portals.
3. Account
You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use InvoHub to process data you do not have the right to process, or to circumvent supplier or platform terms of service.
5. Beta service
InvoHub is currently in private beta. Service availability, features, and pricing may change without notice.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship with reasonable notice. Account data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability

8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
