• Upload manually – the fastest and safest way to see for yourself how it works.
• Create a Google Drive folder – let your team simply drop PDFs or scanned paper invoices there. InvoHub picks them up from there.
• Use a unique email address – get an address {your-company}@in.invohub.eu and just forward, or ask suppliers to send invoices straight there.
• Turn on full automation – grant secure access and let InvoHub collect invoices arriving in your inbox or supplier portals, in the background.

Technology does the work

Invoices are recognized and processed by built-in artificial intelligence. The system itself determines which document is an invoice, analyzes attachments, and – when needed – finds the invoice via a link in the supplier's self-service portal. This runs in the background, with no intervention or manual work from you.

You set the boundaries

Granting email access does not mean giving up your privacy. You can specify particular senders whose emails the system ignores entirely. InvoHub simply ignores such emails – they are neither analyzed nor stored. You can revoke granted access at any time, with a single click.

Visible only to machines

The entire process runs only by machine and within strictly limited scope, following the highest Google (CASA Tier 2) security standards. Only in exceptional cases, and only with your explicit consent, can our technical support team review email metadata – solely to help resolve any issues that arise. You can also withdraw this consent at any moment.

Your data is yours

You are the owner of your data. At any time you can completely delete your account and all related information: invoices, documents, and connections. We strictly comply with GDPR and respect your right to be forgotten.
